I had very specific needs and Lea Ann completely understood and only looked at properties that met my needs. Since I don't live in the area, it was critical that I had an agent that knew the area very and provided excellent advice as to what areas fit my vision. She was always available and responded immediately to all issues and requests. I would highly recommend her to anyone but particularly people with horses. She knows what horse owners need.
